Screenshot functionality broken after version 14.00

It seems that the screenshot functionality is broken for version 14.00 on my Fenix 5x plus. It seems that there is some garbage in the first row, the begin of the image is shifted and the colors are wrong. Is this just for me or does anybody else experience this also?

Happens for me as well. I'd never tried using screen snapshot until about a month ago after I'd already upgraded to 14.0 so I wasn't sure if it was me doing something wrong or not.

As I read your post, I tried to make a screenshot . As I used this function several times in the past, I know that it worked well. Interestingly it was not listed in a change log of the last updates. I wrote a mail to Garmin Support.

Same for me. Worked in the past and now it is not working anymore. Thanks for writing the mail to Garmin. I just wanted to verify that it is not a problem on my side before I send a report to Garmin.

Do you have a direct contact to Garmin for reporting bugs? Or did you use the support form on their website? I have an other finding/bug that I'd like to report.

I just noticed this exact same problem has been happening on my 5s (not plus)

Because I save all my screenshots I can go back and see the exact date this started.

July 31st 2021

so for the non-plus firmware 22.40 or 23.71 broke it
