Music (file) order within a playlist

Have a Fenix 5+

Love the thing.

Main gripe is I have around 120 episodes of a podcast I listen to while out running (for community and inspiration)

When I upload to the watch the files are not in the same order as I haver them in on the laptop.

I have tired downloading them and treating as music files but no difference.

I have also tried changing the title to start with a three digit number (001, 002, 003....) but to no avail.

Best I have so far is to break playlist up into blocks of 10 so that atleast the reoder is not too far apart.

How is the order of items within a playlist decided? Computer "random" or can I find a way to order them in the way I want.
