Hi, I’ve been using a Phoenix 5 for nearly a year and found it generally to be very good. However in the last 3 to 4 weeks the heart rate monitor is often showing 100% over read especially while resting.
The optical sensor windows are clean I see no physical reason why it should be misbehaving.
I am suspecting it comes from a software update, is anybody else having a similar problem?
