In the post about software version 14.0 is stated that the release is a full release:

But the support page off the software says it's still beta:
"fenix 5X Plus software version 14.00 Beta" (https://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=14335)
Anyway, software version 14.0 has CIQ version 3.2.3, but doesn't support the functionality of IQ apps that require SDK 3.2 or higher. Maybe this has something to do with the beta status of this software version? Or Garmin, what is the problem?
