Do Not Disturb During Sleep not working; since software update to 14?

Previously, Do Not Disturb During Sleep prevented the watch showing alerts from my phone during the sleep period.

A few days ago this changed and I am now receiving alerts on the watch from the phone during the sleep period.
It is annoying being woken by email alerts from the watch, so I can't wear it for sleep monitoring, and it has to be in another room overnight!

This change seems to have coincided with my watch reporting an update to software 14.

I have checked the watch settings via Connect, and the sleep settings all appear unchanged.

My phone uses the same DND settings as the watch.

I posted exactly the same yesterday go to settings, switch on and off and on and off the DND settings, it worked for me but not immediately. Not sure what did the trick in the end. Try to have the toggled with the other on or off.

I thought that I had tried that, but tried it again, from Connect and watch. So far so good.

I also had to try a couple of times. Not sure why or which sequence is needed...

There was an update to GCM (Android) about a week ago to 4.37.2 which affected alerts in my case; beeps instead of only the buzzer, and spoken lap alerts via the phone that I never enabled. All the settings were correct on watch and in app, but they were ignored. Maybe DND had the same issue?

I can't recall how I fixed it. I wiped and reinstalled my phone for another reason.
