Fenix 5 plus ANT/BLE/BT software version 0.00

Hello all,

Can anyone help me with previous versions of the ANT/BLE/BT software, I am trying to downgrade it to see if it will work, as I am not able to sync with my phone with the current version, or the beta ones on the forums.

Yesterday, when I connected my Fenix 5 Plus to Garmin Express, a new ANT/BLE/BT 6.11 was installed. If you haven’t already installed this, I would give it a try before downgrading.

JUst tried it, thanks. Unfortunately i get the same ""Update failed" message. I would try some older version hoping it is not faulty Hardware.

Posslibly one of the versions here helps:

Unpacked version: http://ftp-stud.hs-esslingen.de/~mbr/fenix5xplus_unpack/

All the software versions are from 5X Plus packages. Use at your own risk.

I have installed most of the versions on there in this troubleshooting process, thank you for the links! But it seems unfortunately that did not solve my problem, Does anyone know how hard of a punch an Bluetooth chip replacement will cost me ?

Yeah, I stumbled across this as well. Much better connectivity with my iPhone XR. Haven’t seen it published anywhere this fix was available. Doesn’t look like it’s helpful for Sergiu though unfortunately.
