FENIX 5 Plus X. Compass issues

I have had my Fenix 5 for just over a year. I recently tried to use the compass, it will not move past 10 degrees, no matter what direction I ma pointing. It will not allow m to calibrate it. How do it get this fixed? (The unit was purchase in Duty Free at Qatar airport.)

Go to a place far away from any magnetic source (Electric power lines, cars, Trains, houses, Smartphones, magnetic closures on jackets or pockets….). then start the callibration. If you are not sure how to move the watch during callibration, there is a YouTube Video from Garmin which Shows how to do that.
