Barometer and altimeter issues fenix 5x plus

Hello, just got fenix 5x plus couple days ago but I notice the altimeter and barometer is not working, my device updated to 13.0.0 any think i can try before I return it?

Have you tried to restart it, reset to factory defaults? Is the altimeter stuck on a very high or low value?
