My fenix 5 plus heart rate not working but working during an activity any ideas ?

No green light on moniter and connect app not registering heart rate or resting heart , but in run / walk or bike activity heartbeat works ?

From the ‘My Day’ screen in GCM click:

More > Garmin Devices > fenix 5 Plus > General

Make sure that the ‘Wrist Heart Rate’ switch is set to ON

Sync the watch.

Thank you tried that its on was working fine until yesterday, noticed stress moniter not working either
