Is there Tempe datafield missing from v13.00 or i have to make a hard reset?

On my F5+ there was never a Tempe datafield. There is a Temperature datafield which takes data from Tempe when it's in reach and from the internal sensor if not. I have 2 Tempes and everything works without issues, also with 13.0!
I thought that i was using two data fields , but it was Temps widget instead. Sorry for bother you.
