Incident Detection "are you ok" screen hidden by post-workout "threshold detected" screen

I get home from a run. It was a pretty good one, and longer than usual for me. So, when I stopped the workout, I was DONE - I'd check stats after I had a few minutes to recover. Before touching anything in the kitchen, to get a drink, I went to wash my hands. While doing that, I went ahead and took off my watch, to wash the sweat off it. At some point in the washing process, it starts beeping and vibrating. I check the screen, and it's just showing the "threshold detected" screen that had presumably been there since the end of the workout. Not being overly concerned, and not wanting to press any buttons while the watch was soapy, I proceeded to rinse it off, then dry it. As I was starting to dry the watch, a new screen came up, saying it had notified my emergency contacts of my incident. I was glad to see I had the option to send an "I'm ok" message as well, but I still felt the need to make a quick phone call to a somewhat less tech-savvy emergency contact, to avoid causing unnecessary stress.

TL;DR

Here's my feedback/bug report: The Incident Detection "are you ok" screen should take priority over ALL other screens, and there's least one that it doesn't: the post-workout "threshold detected" screen.
