Hello,

Garmin Connect doesn't send my Trainings from the Garmin Training Calendar to my device(Fenix 5 plus).

I had the same problem in January. Garmin support told me to delete my device from Garmin connect and to link it again. That time it worked this way, but this time it doesn't.

Any Ideas?

I'm really disappointed. I don't think a 700€ watch should have such issues. After the big problems the last weeks I'm really thinking about changing to another Manufacturer.. Disappointed

  • Perhaps it is watch is not the problem. Sending planned workouts from the calendar (that were part of a training plan set up on the Connect website), has never worked for me, not with FR935, FR945 or Fenix 5 Plus.

    I assumed something in my account was not right or that  didn't work when having multiple devices in Connect and paired to the phone, but didn't troubleshoot it further.

    What did always work were the scheduled workouts as part of a Garmin Coach plan, when that was set up with the mobile app.

    Did you contact Garmin support again? Maybe there are other options.

  • Yesterday I had the same problem. Today I have create e new plan via Garmin Connect Web and sync via usb, it work.

    Same here , and didn't work for my Edge 830 & Fenix 5 Plus ! i Think & I hope it's a garmin issu
