Fenix 5 plus charging cable.

Can someone please let me know how to disconnect the cable from the back of the watch? It's a brand new watch and is on its initial charge. The cable connected OK but I can't release it! Is there something I'm missing? Thanks.

It should just be a straight pull perpendicular from the watch. Might just be tight.

And always pull on the plug, not on the cable.
