Interesting reading on DC Rainmaker today. Will we finally see some new features on our 5+ devices?

I agree with you. Still, many people in this forum were defending Garmin that they were not bringing new features to older devices with the licensing fees towards Firstbeat. That reasoning does not exist…

Probably not. I’d guess the 5+ has had all the new features added to it by now.

They did not add new features to older devices, and will not in the future, because they want you to buy a new watch. Not because of licensing fees.
