Connection problems from Connect App to Connect IQ

I have a problem with the settings of my Fenix 5x Plus.

I want to change some settings and the order of my activities of the watch via the Connect App settings, going there via the Section "Activities, Apps and more" - "Activities and Apps". After that, for a short while the running guy appears, signaling, that something is loading. But afterwards, there only appears the following failure message: <No connection with Connect IQ Shop possible>. This bug appears since some days. Haven't found any solution for this until now...

  • Seems to be a general problem with the 5x plus and the Connect IQ shop. Using Garmin Express, it's also not possible to connect to the IQ-shop having connected my Fenix. It is working with my Edge 830 being connected
