just bought a Fenix 5X plus, and everything seemed to go well, but then I tried to sync with my iphone. downloaded the app, wifi connection etc. but then my Iphone did recognized the device, the app requested the code on the watch and until this it all seemed ok. but then the app won.t sync anymore, it says there is something wrong and contact support. BUT the iphone did continue to recognize de device, even shows messages and phone calls on the screen, but cannot sync. So I tried every solution posible and won´t work. So, I tried everything again but on my laptop with Garmin Express, and when I connected the device, it show a sign "the device ID is invalid". Does anyone have ever had this problem?
