5x Plus Loading Maps continuously

I have just updated the maps on my 5X plus and after disconnecting from my PC it continuously Loading Maps.

I have switched it off several times but it keeps on loading maps when I switch it on again. I have also Hard reset it with the Lap Button and light button then choosing to reset to defaults.

When connecting it to the PC I can't access the folder structure on the watch either.

Still no luck

It took mine a long time to load the maps after the update. Like 1 hour. Let it do it. You will see a circle on the edge of the display growing to a complete one, slowly, in the process. It will also drain the battery a little bit, but it's only the 1st time.

First boot after new maps always takes a long time. I updated my 6X and 5X+ with the new maps and, although I didn't time it, I guess it was around 20 minutes per watch for first boot. You need to let the process complete, because if you keep interrupting it you will never move on. Subsequent boots should be at the more usual speeds.
