I almost feel stupid for asking this...But what is the best Garmin built-in activity for just tracking time (with lap function) and HRM? I don’t use the built-in weight lifting activities, for example, because there’s too much other stuff in the activity app that I don’t need. But I do kettlebells in somewhat tabata or HIIT style where I’d just like to track my active time and HR. But it seems that most have sub routines that require the watch to track reps or do something unique to the activity that I don’t care about. Thanks.
