Why is Fenix 5X Plus APAC watch still stuck at software update 10.0 in Garmin Express???

Hi can anyone help me why is Garmin Express still showing me software updates
10.0 rather than 14.20 like everyone else?

How do I get the 14.20 for F5X Plus software on to my watch? Is this already available?

Feeling really frustrated...

As far as I know APAC versions usually are behind in software updates.... ROW devices get the updates first...

Your on v 10.00.......the latest version is 11.00... not 14.20

So not that far behind...

Hey thanks for that Sam, it's just strange that Garmin will discriminate versions of the same series to rollout the updates... especially regionally. So what it essentially means to users in APAC is that by supporting Garmin's official distribution channel, we will be receiving updates to our devices that we paid the same if not more for. I am certain the next purchase will be from Amazon or an online North America retailer as to the elimination of being segregated rollout slower by 6,8,10 months? Is that even reasonable?

Sorry for the ranting but the updates are really crucial now that we are literally have been in lock down for a month and maybe for some considerable amount of time. Again thanks for the heads up on the version and timeframe. Perhaps I can get your help to guide me to where I can obtain the information you provided, was it from a garmin site?

I know from being involved with the forums for some years... It was the same for all my Garmins.... all APAC versions nearly always have been behind in updates.... I'm not sure on the reasons behind it.... but that's how it's been and what I've noticed historically....

It would be nice for APAC users to receive the updates at the same time.... I remember plenty of other APAC users on the old forums not happy about it either.
