Garmin fenix 5x plus - night shift sleep monitor

Hello. I need advice or put ticket to modify a function. I have Garmin Fenix 5x plus and when i work night shift watches wont recognise day sleep. Is there possibility to turn on sleep function manually?

Afaik there is not.

Fenix 3 and 3 HR have manual Go to sleep function but it was removed from the newer generations.

But to be honest not even Go to sleep meant a real sleep phase, it was just like an…

I'm having the same problem, and tracking sleep was one of the main reasons I'd bought this watch (fenix 5 plus). If I had known it lacked this capability I defitnely wouldn't have bought it.…

I'm having the same problem, and tracking sleep was one of the main reasons I'd bought this watch (fenix 5 plus). If I had known it lacked this capability I defitnely wouldn't have bought it. Super disappointed.

Does it make any difference how your 'normal sleep times' are configured in Connect, or not?

Yes it does. If your sleep times are correctly configured in the app, then it tracks no problem
