The volume controls on my new fenix 5 plus do not seem to work. Please can you help?

The volume controls on my fenix 5 plus do not work when i connect my wireless headphones. Please can you help? Thanks

It all depends on the headphones you use..... some will work flawlessly..... while others have no volume control from the watch.... even giving a different volume control icon when it doesn't work.

Best bet is to pair the watch in the shop with the headphones and test.......

I'm not a runner... but a hiker.... so I pair to a small Bluetooth speaker..... I find my ROAM headphones work perfectly.... but my bs19 headphones have no volume control.. both of my headphones are older models... and not sold any more.

Sorry I can't help you with a recommendation for headphones...
