Fenix 5x Plus Oxygen sensor not working

My 5x plus have not OX data for month, tried several ways to get the sensor run. I can see a strong red light when I go to the app of OX2, but instead showing 'measuring', it shows no data and never give me feedback. Any knows what's happening here?

When you say app.... do you mean the widget on the watch?

Have you tried a soft reset or master reset?.

If that doesn't work... If it was me I'd take pics and send them off in an email to product support…

If that doesn't work... If it was me I'd take pics and send them off in an email to product support.... then ring product support on Monday... when they ask you to send pics and info... you can point them to your email..... and go from there.

Thanks a lot, yep app I mean widget... I just sent the Garmin support an email, and hope they reply soon. If don't heard back for a while, will get them a call probably...

They are pretty slow on the email base on my experience and in some region the wait line for calling is surprisingly long, might even comparable with IRS's waiting line...
