Training status is not updating on Fenix 5X Plus

The training status on my Fenix 5X Plus is frozen with no status. Prompting that 2 external runs need to be performed with heartrate.

Since then I have done 10 activities, 5 of which were external runs and 3 of those were sequential.

This seems to have developed since I last updated my device to software version 10.10

Has anyone seen this? How can it be resolved?

Agreed, since Sat morning last week my running has added almost no training effect, and tbc that is 4 runs for 51km total, which should be c800pts. Something not right. My stryd and its website all reporting correctly, the runs all there, just the calculations for training effect broken..

My training status has not been updating for a few weeks now. I run, cycle, swim and gym! Its baffling me. I see posts from 2years ago. Its now 2022, is any one else having this problem?
