Fēnix 5plus no more working

Hello,
I'm looking for help getting my fenix 5 plus work again. indeed, for some time, it has not worked. I think it has to do with the water seeping into the watch while I was swimming. I pressed the watch buttons in the water. if you think that is the problem what solutions do you recommend?
