Pool swim accuracy

Hi, I tried my Fenix 5+ on a pool swim yesterday and got some strange results. I swam 1KM in approx 30 mins but the reading says I did ~2.4KM. I had the setting on 50M pool. Is there anything else I should look at as this seems to by way out.

How many swims have you done? Has this happened before? What stroke are you swimming? Are you changing strokes mid-length? Are you swimming continuously?

Have you searched the forums and read similar posts to yours?
