Garmin pay set up but not working

I set up Garmin pay a month or so back, and just started to try and use it the past few days for the first time. I tried at 3 different places, multiple times, but nothing works at all. The tap and pay usually works for watches (so say the cashiers), but I get nothing. I go to my wallet, put in the code, it says put near the reader, but nothing happens at all.

    I have exactly the same problem, up until around 3 weeks ago it was working fine but then watch was no longer detected by the reader. I have tried a hard reset and re-adding my card but still doesn't work. 

    Garmin support have said it's a software issue and there software team are currently looking into it and has recently been escalated. They had no time frame when this will be fixed though.

    Same here. The cards shows but terminal does not react. I believe this happened since v10 update. Used to work back  in September but since about 2 weeks fails for me..Any one attempted a full master reset on v10 firmware? If yes did that work?

    I initially tried and it didn't work, but i then updated my garmin connect and redid a full reset and its now working Thumbsup

    Thanks Clive will proceed then clearing garmin connect + update (if there is) and then master reset.
