how to upgrade from FW7.70 to the latest FW?

Hi,

My Fenix 5P 's is still stay at FW7.70 for several months and has not receive any new release of firmware. should I connect my watch with PC via cable to check the upgrade?

If the Garmin Connect Mobile APP has not sent your watch the latest firmware, you can always sync using Garmin Express on your computer to push the latest firmware to your watch. You can also go to Settings > System > Software Update on your watch and see if the new firmware was pushed to your watch and is waiting to be given permission to be installed.

My watch is APAC version. Does it work for this?

Chances are no. APAC watches have an update schedule that is usually a few months behind.
