Volume controls on powerbeats pro no longer work 10.0

The volume controls dont work anymore for my bluetooth headphones. Since 10.0. Never had a problem before

Anyone else see this?

The Powerbeats Pro volume rocker issue is expected to be resolved next month during July.

Update 6/30/2020:

The Powerbeats Pro volume rocker being resolved is a 2-tier fix. The v12.00 software update just released late last week is 50% of the resolution. There will be another update still coming…

Have you tried a hard restart? (Hold light button for 10-15 secs until the watch shuts off, then power back up).

I've seen this a few times with my Yaybird Tarah Pro on previous FW, but a restart has always solved it immediately. Same goes for sensors failing to connect, and other hiccups that occurs from time to time.

Thanks Saho yes have tried full restart and also unpairing and repairing the headphones. The volume control on the watch works fine and the control on the headphones works with my phone, just not with the watch

Have you tried resetting the headphones?

I have no experience with these headphones myself, however a quick google search indicates that volume control issues are common, and that a reset often does the trick.
