Volume controls on powerbeats pro no longer work 10.0

The volume controls dont work anymore for my bluetooth headphones. Since 10.0. Never had a problem before

Anyone else see this?

Update 6/30/2020:

The Powerbeats Pro volume rocker being resolved is a 2-tier fix. The v12.00 software update just released late last week is 50% of the resolution. There will be another update still coming…

The release notes for v12 show that it was supposed to be fixed:

Changes made from version 11.00 to 12.00:

Fixed an issue with Powerbeats Pro audio control.

Update 6/30/2020:

The Powerbeats Pro volume rocker being resolved is a 2-tier fix. The v12.00 software update just released late last week is 50% of the resolution. There will be another update still coming during the month of July that will final resolve the issue.

It's the same 2c48 apple powerbeats firmware from the fall. No new updates.

Hi ,

I’ve made many sw upgrade on my VA4 this month but no one was about the fix for the problem I’ve mentioned below i.e “the volume controls on Apple Powerbeats Pro that no longer work after the SW upgrade on my VivoActive watch”.

Is there any news for me and the VA4 community?

Any chance there's an update on this ? I have VA4 and PBP and the volume rockers don't work as well.

Yes, it is working now in version 13. I am able to control the volume on my powerbeats pro with my Fenix 5s plus.

Garmin Team, I have the Vivoactive 3 and my Powerbeats Pro did not work as of yesterday. Has the VA3 software been updated yet? If so, how do I ensure my VA3 watch has the latest software as it appears to be up to date? Thanks for taking to the time to respond to this.

It's working now for me on my Fenix 5S Plus. The software was released yesterday.
