Missed Alarm / Restarting / Random unset alarm

This morning I overslept because my watch was just sitting with a screen that said "restarting" I let it go for about 10 minutes, and then I held the top/left button to shut it down. Turned it back on and went about my morning routine. Booted fine, seemed ok. I've had a 910xt, 920xt, F3HR, and now the F5XPlus. Never seen this before.

Fast Forward to 3:54pm today, when my alarm went off. "Wake up" it said. I was driving at the time so I just cancelled it and finished my drive. When I got home I checked my alarms, and no alarm exists at 3:54 anything. Just my normal alarms. I have exclusively used my watch as my alarm clock since I got my F3HR.

The other "oddity" is when I held the center button to go into settings, something popped up on the screen (some text) for a split second, and it went back to the watch face. Doing this again took me to settings.

I am on 10. Maybe I got t last night and that restarting was part of it, or it got stuck restarting?

Anyone else experience this?

The restarting thing does sound like an OTA update. I can't remember if you also see an update message when you attempt to go into settings. I'm still on 9.76, so I can't comment on problems with alarms after the update.

My alarms worked today just fine.

As for the update, I've always gotten a message "update available" or something, that I have to approve/dismiss. Maybe I hit it in my sleep which started it. I don't remember updating to 10 on purpose.

My watch seems ok now. We'll see if the phantom 3:54 alarm goes off today. But at least my morning alarm did work.
