Bought a Fenix 5 plus a week ago after using a Fitbit Ionic for over a year - This Google buyout means I have been looking around for another fitness watch.#
Anyway the problem - when I press button 2 it takes 2-3 seconds to respond, when it does it goes stratght throiuh the next menu (when GPS acquired) and straight onto the run start menu.
There is no double click. This has developed in the space of a week which included just one 10k run.
Also today I have has to so a soft reset on watch and delete the iphone app and reinstall as the watch and phone no longer paired.
Not a great start. Any ideas or will I alraedy have to be claiming on insurance for a replair.
