Elevation and HR more in-accurate with Temperature going down

When the weather goes into winter, it's found the HR and elevation are measured more and more inaccurate with temperature going down.

Below comparison table lists 4 activities with EXACT SAME pathes I climb or run.

In the most rencent 2 activities, as you can see, the Elevation Gain is much higher than before.

The Average HR is not accurate, when I climb (not run), yesterday the HR only about 120, it was about 180 in all August and September climb.

But then I run (during the climb activity), the HR went to around 160-170 which seemed normal and correct measured.

So, the idea IMO is, when the temerature goes down, the measure of HR and elevation more and more inaccurate.

Do you see similar case and can it be resolved?

Thank You.
