Fenis 5 plus bluetooth issues

Good morning guys,

i write here because I have a problem with my Fenix 5+.

I've got a Huawei Mate 20 PRO smartphone. I pairing my Fenix by Garmin Connect app and it works well, but sometimes it unpairing and struggles to reconnect.

I must to close bluetooth on the phone and reopen it.

What's the problem?

When its connect, I dont' see it into Bletooth pairing list in the setting. it's correct?

how can I fix it?

Following this.... I seem to have the same problem (also have the Mate 20 Pro) on my newly accuired Fenix 6x Sapphire....

the same issue on Huawei P20.

Same issue with an iPhone since over a year.

Garmin will never fix that - that much is sure, sorry.

What helped me (I have a 5x+ and a Mate 20 pro) is to ensure that the Connect App is NOT power managed by Android

Settings - Apps - Apps - Find connect and select it) - Battery Usage Details

Untick "Power Consumption Alert"

Click App Launch -> Untick Manage Automatically and tick Auto Launch/SecondaryLaunch/Run in Background

Since doing that it's been stable for me :)

I've done this too, but still Bluetooth keeps disconnecting and connecting randomly a lot during the day..
