"...May I have serial number of your Fenix 5 Plus to check details first before we attempt to assist you from our side?..."

    In other words.

"...May I have serial number so i can check your guarantee status and if i can continue ignoring your problem with our product..." Slight smile

  • Serial : 5LM000240. Should be no problem to continue ignoring the problem .......

  • As i said , no problem. I don’t think Garmin believe this happen at all. A serious company would have taken proper action when this problem came up, but not Garmin, they keep on coming with new beta’s and new models all the time. The already existing faithful customers they keep on ignore. But this time Garmin, was my last. I finally learn my lesson.

  • Totally agree!

Was my first and last Garmin product.

Sorry, but i can only laugh at people who are buying the MARQ series and spend more than 1750,-€ for a unreliable Garmin product full of bugs that never get solved :)

  • What the hell do a Marque serie have to do with a fenix5 plus. Maybe you should step down and disseapeare for a while.
