Bluetooth does not automatically reconnect! Missing calls and messages!

My watch often does not automatically reconnect to my iPhone XS when it get out of reach.

Even though i sit next to the iPhone for hours, it's not reconnecting!

The result is, that i miss calls and messages!!!

This bug exists for me since i owned the watch and it's a shame that Garmin is neither willing nor able to fix this issue.

How do you handle that issue?

Reported this persistent issue several times but Garmin doesnt' care so i'm not gonna waste more of my time with Garmin """""support"""".

Another update to iOS released this morning so might help as it seems the problems are primarily iOS issues.

No change... The problem is definately not on the iPhone side!

The iphone connects to every other device i am using as unproblematic as always - just the Garmin Fenix constantly drives me crazy!

Contact Garmin Support. Perhaps there is an issue with the bluetooth on your watch.

Try uninstalling all Garmin software from iPhone and reinstall Garmin Connect Mobile first (Connect IQ nad Explore after connecting the watch to GCM).

I had similar problems and I think iOS 13 was the cause. I reset the phone settings, uninstalled and then reinstalled the Garmin software and now no drop outs any more.
