Fenix 5+ Won't stay on activity screen while connected to Samsung galaxy note 10 +

Hope Someone can help as it seems my connection problem seems different than anyone else's, as far as u could find. I had a samsung galaxy s8 for about 4 months and had zero issues with my FENIX 5 PLUS, however I now have a Samsung galaxy note 10+, my BT connection seems solid but if I start an activity such as walking or paddling, it won't stay on the activity screen while it's connected to my phone, it returns to the chosen watch face every 4 minutes or so which is frustrating. But if I turn off the BT connection to my note 10+, the activity screen stays on till I manually change it. Anyone have any idea? Both my phone and my watch have the latest firmware updates.

Hey Philip I uninstalled all 3rd party watch faces and it has fixed the problem. I have been running an activity for over an hour while connected to my ph and it's still running. I didn't think it was the problem cause I have not added any new watch faces for ages. I was going to hard reset my watch and phone but man u saved me so much work... thank you soooo much!

Now I'll install the watch faces I liked one by one and test each one.

Good to hear. When you find the offending watch face, contact the developer. FWIW, I've just had Deezer crashing my Marq!

Isn't that a music app?

Well I'm not sure if I ever will, I only reinstalled the 3 fav I was toggling in between and ran an activity, all good. So they are not the problem. But if I ever do I will contact the developer, but I wasted so much time trouble shooting I just want to enjoy ir for now.
