Weather Widget FW9.0 and Garmin Connect on iOS 13.2

I am having an issue with the weather widget, which shows waiting for data but does get any data... The watch is connected to the phone and I restarted both watch and iPhone; I also tried to uninstall the weather widget and then reinstall it but to no avail, I can't get any weather data? Any solution or am I the only one with the issue?

Everyone, this issue has been resolved in Garmin Connect Mobile iOS 4.24.2 update which will be released slowly to all customers today.

I’m sorry to say but, because Garmin have not been open and public in their acknowledgment of the myriad manifestations of the issue with the current version of the Connect app, you have been unknowingly wasting your time trying to fix it. This is part of the widely recognised series of problems this has caused but unfortunately Garmin has not been forthcoming in advising users they will be facing these issues.

I’m afraid the only advice anyone can offer is to sit tight and wait for them to release an update. Personally, I would also recommend emailing them to express dissatisfaction at your needlessly wasted time, but that’s down to each individual.

Thanks! I do have an email to Garmin but do not expect much from that... :-(

not working for me - FR645 Music and everything updated to latest. Location services on always, background refresh on.
