Bluetooth connectivity lost since the Connect update yesterday 25/10/19.

After restarting my phone couldn't sync my 5x plus. Saw that connect was updated on 25/10, so tried usuals - restart devices, remove & reinstall connect etc. No luck keep getting failed to connect when trying to add device. The phone is showing it as connected as a bluetooth device

I've had this issue ever since we got the 9.x upgrade. My bluetooth had been connecting just fin until the last two updates where now, after the update I have to resync everything, but then it still loses…

What's irritating is this seemed fixed for a couple days, but broke again. It worked for me Weds/Thurs last week, but has been broken since then.

What's weird is that there's a huge range of "broken" going on. Some folks appear to be having no trouble. But a lot of people are having at least some trouble, and it ranges from "I generally can't sync but this incantation of reboots and restarts makes it work for a little while" all the way to people like me for whom *no* incantation seems to get any wireless data sync to work. I haven't yet tried last night's GC update, and I did also just update to iOS 13.2, but based on that other thread linked above, I don't have high hopes.

I generally get notifications and my watch is sending GC the steps/hr/SpO2 data, but I believe that's all BLE which seems unaffected. It's wifi and BT sync that are both broken for me. Cable sync works fine.

You described my problem and thoughts exactly. My problem is that I'm currently biking in Nepal - and I have no computer with me for wired connection....

Following these steps did resolve the issue for me, temporarily. I have to do it every day and I would like this issue fixed, but at least I don't have to unpair and re-pair my watch all the time...

Well, an update came out tonight. After installing - all my activities synced perfectly.

Hope it keeps working...
