My Fenix 5X Plus APAC is running Software version 7.70 but Sensor Hub and WHR versions both report 0.0
The wrist heart rate and altimeter, compass etc do not work and have not worked since new out of the box 1 month ago.
Tried updating via WebUpdate and Garmin Express but 7.70 seems to be latest version for APAC model. After updating it "Installs" a SensorHub update as well as maps but version still reports 0. Multiple hard resets have failed to correct the problem.
Any thoughts?
