Fenix 5 plus can’t connect to iphone

Since update to 9.0.0 on 5 Plus and IOS 13 - something somewhere has gotten broken and can no longer connect watch to phone. Have tried forgetting device, repairing them etc etc. Nothing has worked. And they used to play so nicely together.

Thanks for the reply. If only it were that simple! I’ve followed each one of those suggestions and still not working. The Connect app on my phone never recognises my watch despite my watch telling me they are connected and Bluetooth on the phone telling me they are connected - it just never appears. So no notifications. No nothing!
