Locking Threads

I love how Threads get locked (Fenix 5 Plus Series Software Version 9.00 Live) when there's no positive posts.... you'd think Garmin would want to read that they've screwed up?!

So just to add to THAT thread - I haven't had a single day that I haven't had to either go into my phone and tell it to pair, or tell it to "Forget" and start a new pair. Seriously annoying as it drops constantly, sometimes twice a day

Was contemplating upgrading to the 6 before this happened but I think I'll keep my cash for now.

Actually, I think that thread was open by mistake. Garmin will usually right from the beginning lock posts with announcements of stable releases.

This announcement post was locked too, right from the beginning…

Actually, I think that thread was open by mistake. Garmin will usually right from the beginning lock posts with announcements of stable releases.

This announcement post was locked too, right from the beginning, but then a few days later it was for some reason unlocked for a brief period. My guess is that they had to unlock it while changing the title (which they did a few times when it was still in partial roll-out), and then forgot to lock it again.

If you want to post criticism, the beta announcement post are always open. People post pretty harsh stuff there, and it doesn't get the threads locked.

So to me, you theory seems a little unfair.
