How do I get a Full Backup of F5+?

I want to Factory Reset it just to test something

(appz+activities+routes+Widgets+sensors++++)

Ive just used the Android File Transfer utility to see all the folders, then drag and drop them into a folder on my Mac. So something similar, depending on your OS should work.

Just be aware that some files have to go to the NewFiles directory on the watch for the settings to get restored.
