Garmin pay stopped working and not possible to re configure,

It was configured and used some days ago, suddenly the card data was gone and a text box saying: " configuration error"  pls try again, enters.

Same for Mastercard and Visa!

what to do?

  • Unfortunately installing an older version works but after upgrading the wallet disappears from both the clock and the GCM. I already contacted Garmin but in the last mail they sent me they say they have no forecast for solving this problem.

  • It's annoying that Garmin offers things that do not properly work. On the other side, I saw today the first time in 12 years that somebody payed with a depit card in our local bakery, which caused a delay in paying for all waiting. I do not want to think what's happening if I would pay with my watch! Cash works everwhere and a 5€ bill does not disturb during a run...

    Yes, I installed v 22.1 and now can add card.

  • When I try to add a card in the Android app it tells me I am not connected even though I clearly am. It says to cycle bluetooth on the phone which doesn't work either.

    Works for me again after a couple of weeks with an allegedly emtpy wallet. I did not do anything, it just works again. I'm based in Sweden connected to the bank Nordea.
