iOS 13 - Problem with Garmin Pay and settings for Watchfaces

After the upgrade to the official iOS 13 release there are following bugs:

1. Garmin Pay - all cards disappeared although they are still present in the watch itself. Sync does not help. Also options to delete/create a new wallet are gone from Garmin Connect, the only available option there is to change a password!

2. Settings for watchface stopped working. Whenever I click on a save button, the Garmin Connect app wants me to redirect to a webpage

Please fix these bugs ASAP, there was a beta of iOS 13 for a long time, how come this is present in the final realease?

Same problem here, I have the option to add the card but it always fails

2) Use the Connect IQ app. I don't think this is an iOS13 bug, this is a recurring problem that seems to be linked to server issues. Happens randomly, I've seen it with 12 and 13.1 beta.

Same here. ios 13.1. Syncing is fine but the new bluetooth guidelines still somehow blocking requests that are more advanced than syncing like adding cards/apps

Use the Connect IQ app to do what exactly? Not sure how that fixes the Garmin Pay and wallet issues. I can’t see any options to address that
