When start activity, time changes unexpectedly

It's my second Fenix 5x plus, the other one was replaced by Garmin in guarantee. My new Fexix 5x plus changes my local time unexpectedly when I start my bike activity and the GPS gets full of signal, any one else with the same issue???

Was the time correct before you got the GPS signal?
