Fenix 5 Plus pace on treadmill incorrect

If you aren't using a footpod, they only thing I could think of is that there may be times you're doing something with your arm other than swinging it. As far as I know the watch uses accelerometers to determine Pace without GPS so if you're running on a treadmill but holding onto the handrails you're Pace will read zero. So if you tested two watches on different wrists, you may have had different motion where one swung less than the other. This may seem like a reach so someone please correct me if I'm wrong it come in with some other ideas. I'd say if all else fails after treadmill calibration then maybe just reset the watch and see if that helps. Good luck with the issue.

Same problem here. 

I have been running with a Fenix 5x plus 2-3 times per week (treadmill) for about 5 months and everithing was fine until few weeks ago, one day I ran a 10k in 29 min. It is obviusly wrong. From that day I have tried to calibrate many times and still gives me fastest pace than it should be.

I have read other Fenix 5 users with the same -recent- problem.

Hope they fix it in the next actualization.
