How to back up "Saved locations"?

I have the Fenix 5S Plus and I wish to avoid loosing my saved locations if I do a device reset. Can this be done somehow?

I actually also would like to keep all My other settings such as watch face, disabled lap trigger. Any ideas?

Here is a little file I found in the forums. I've backed up all of my folders that have any of my information in them, and restored them to new watches, and even kept my SPo2 readings, Strava tracks, and activities to keep my fitness records straight.
