my fēnix 5 Plus's question

my fēnix 5 Plus with firmware 7.20

I had running in 7/16 2019. (GMT+8:00)

but the fēnix 5 Plus had be back to watch mode when running

the data of the running record is

time: 1:05:17

distance: 1.82 KM

the question is the real running distance is about 10 KM

why?

a large part has no information, only time

my GPS is GPS + GLONASS

the fēnix 5 Plus ever had shown me the RD pod's power is not enough.

Make sure that you have a GREEN GPS signal before you start running. If you run without signal then the distance is not recorded. I am not sure why you need to have GPS+GLONASS. Try only GPS and see if this changes anything. Also you may have pressed accidentally a button and stopped your run. I don't think there is something serious. Just check your manual online and you will find the solution.

It's impossible to press any button when running, and It couldn't be back watch mode by one button.
I am very sure having green GPS signal before starting running.
why can't I use GPS+GLONASS ??
I am not first time using my fēnix 5 plus when running,
and my fēnix 5 plus were done well before firmware 7.20,
or before the RD pod's power is not enough
