Advanced Running Dynamics accessories

If I want information on my Fenix 5+ of GCT, osscilation, and GCt balance etc, do I need a foot pod or HRM? Or both?

I have a foot pod 54396 and an older HRM-16, will either of those work or do I need to get a newer one? They’re both ANT+ technology.

HRM - Run or the RD Pod

Either a one-piece HRM run or the HRM-Run with the pod with the running man icon or the RD pod, or both.

And there's the HRM-Tri as well, although getting it just to have running dynamics would be an overkill.

So to sum up what my colleagues above have written, there are 3 options to get running dynamics:

1. RD pod (not a footpod!)

2. HRM-Run chest strap

3. HRM-Tri chest strap.
