8.02 Change Log Notes:

Added support for “Buenos Aires, Argentina” as a valid time zone on the Alternate Time Zone widget.
Fixed an issue where consecutive shots could be missed when using a CT10.
Fixed an issue where the scorecard page was not being displayed in certain conditions.
Fixed an issue where the device would crash when trying to use the “Set a target” training option.
Fixed an issue where the device would crash when creating a round trip route.

Please note, the beta updates released on these forums are not suitable for APAC region devices.

The "Last sport" widget shows these underscores whenever the last sport is Strength activity. What these underscores mean? Is it supposed to show the time of the activity?

*bug report*

While I was running with: GPS only, HRM-Run sensor, footpod, Bluetooth headphones and Spotify music, suddenly the music stoped and the headphones disconnected. At the same moment the external HR sensor and footpod, also disconnected. After 2-3 minutes of checking the sensors and accessories menu, I noticed that the footpod connected again. At the same time the HR sensor connected. I tried to start music again and the headphones connected and everything was working perfectly until the finish of my run. I suppose that something with ant/ble sensor is going wrong under some specific circumstances.

I informed the beta team.

After this update, I had lot of crash and restart during cycling activity with phone connected, powermeter, speed sensor and heartland strap. And also it stop itself.

Running activity is OK. Indoor rowing also

i changed the watch face to a stock one, and now i have't any problems

Am I really the only one who faces this problem? Does anybody have an idea how to fix this? Downgrade for sure but I'd like to prevent the need to set up the watch completely.

I had the same with all the previous official firmware versions, although not very often. Garmin didn't want to believe it came from the watch, obviously didn't want to investigate and started blaming my Stryd as the 5+ is not specifically in the list of supported watches on the Stryd website. Completely the other way around when looking at compatibility, BTW... It's surely something about the ANT/BLE crashing and restarting again some minutes later.

I have a Garmin footpod so, definitely, something is going wrong with the watch firmware.

I’m having the same problem (with Strava). Glad it’s not just me! I only just recently got the watch, so I’m not sure if it was happening with 7.60

Same problem here with Strava
